And these aren't actually on sale (the fur coat is already sold) but I love them anyway.

Hit or Miss

Let's be honest... most of the time, Old Navy sucks.  But every now and then you get lucky and next thing ya know I've got an online shopping bag full of crap.  Today, I got lucky.  Well, except for that, I'm on so much of a budget that even Old Navy's prices are limiting.  Basically, I can only afford free.  But I may just have to make an exception for some of these...

I'm seriously drooling over those sequin tanks.  Can you imagine with some skinny jeans, a blazer and some cute boots?  Hello fall uniform, fancy meeting you here.

Movin' On Up

So I've been a little MIA lately, but for a good reason.  I relocated to the lovely city of Charleston recently and started my brand new big girl job!! Yeah... multiple exclamation points, what up?  I mean, I have business cards and EVERYTHING!  If that ain't legit, I don't know what is.

Anyways, right now I'm crashing with friends while I look with for apartments.  I can't wait to find a place, and for several reasons.  First of all, living on my own again = best day ever.  I am so grateful that I was able to move home after college to save some mulah, but enough is enough.  Also, living at home... with my parents... in their house... that they decorated...

Let's just say we don't exactly share the same design aesthetic.  Taxidermy (you read that correctly) and Country Home just don't do it for this girl.  THIS is more my style...

Ruby Ruby Ruby Rubaaay!

Kate Spade's color of the month for September is...

bag: furla, ruby red vase: retroartglass.com, loafers: prada, wallet: katespade, lips via pinterest, ring: katespade

...which I particularly love because it's my grandma's name, it's my favorite kind of depression glass, and it's basically Gamecock colors.  Happy September!

One down...

...one to go.  While H&M won't be available online until early next year, you can now buy goodies like this from Zara's online store.

It's like Christmas come early!

And the countdown begins...

My favorite part about the month of September is that it means there is only one more month until my birthday!  Yes, I am that girl about my birthday.  Don't worry, I'm not super obnoxious.  I just like to start making my little wishlist waaaay in advance.  This year for the big 2-3?

Oh yessss. Finally upgrading from my beat up ol' Blackberry to a beautiful iPhone.  It just so happens that my upgrade date syncs up beautifully with my birthday AND rumor has it that the new iPhone is to be released in October, too, so I may just be one of the first with the latest and greatest new phone.  If you know me at all, you know that this is never the case, so I'm particularly excited about that.

And of course I'll need a nice case to keep me from busting it up within 5 minutes of purchasing, so here is a round up of all my faves...

Forever to Thee

Though the summer heat isn't going anywhere for a while, football season is just around the corner, and this girl could not be more excited!  Being from the South, football is practically a part of my religion anyway, but being that this year is projected to be a good one for my Gamecocks, you could say I'm especially pumped about it.  Loving these dresses for games!

Back to School

Buying school supplies was always my most favorite thing to do EVER!  I seriously loved it.  Since I finished school last year, I no longer have the need to buy these things.  I mean, I'll probably still buy some of them anyway, but it's just not the same.  If I was going back to school in a few weeks, this is probably what would be on my list:

boxes by the container store, marc by marc jacobs laptop sleeve, iomoi pencil, kate spade journal, h&m tote, kate spade pencil bag

Day Dreamin'

Though I'm still very much in the summer state of mind, I keep catching myself day dreaming of cooler weather, football season, and new shoes for fall!  Here are a few of my personal favorites...

More in love with those Jeffrey Campbell wedges than I have words to express.

AAAANNND, I realize I'm behind, BUT I saw on twitter the other day that Zara will have an online store for the US by September 7th!! Say whaaaat?  The convenience is going to be awesome.  Being broke is not.

Hot Legs

I mentioned the other day that one of the things on my shopping list for Atlanta next week is red pants.  I am obsessed with red pants right now.  Skinny legs, wide legs... I love 'em all.

I'm also obsessed with those leopard print pumps.  But I'm pretty much obsessed with leopard print anything.   Well I'm off to scour the internet for affordable red pants.  Happy Monday!

Peace Up, A-Town Down

In a couple of weeks I will be off to Atlanta with my Momela for a few days.  She has to go every year for work, so while she is in meetings and classes all day, I will be tearing up the town.  Or rather, the town will be tearing up my bank account.

One of the wonderful things about Atlanta is that they have stores like H&M and Zara, which we don't have in good ol' SC.  And since they don't have online stores, this is my only chance.  I still can't believe neither one of these stores has an online shop in the states.  We're the greatest country in the world and I can't shop at two of the best stores ever while sitting at home in my sweatpants eating ice cream?  That's just un-American.

I found these two trenchcoats on their website but I can't decide which one I like best.

They have a loverly selection of blouses.

Helloooo kimono!

I want some red and white pants worse than bad.  Super cute and super American.  Win-win.

Fancy!

I have no idea why, but I've been jonesin' for a pair of mustard yellow shoes for some time now and these are grey poupon in my book.

So in love with those leopard booties that I die... I died when I saw the price, too, but not in a good way.  I guess the only logical solution is substituting leopard print moccasins to help ease the pain... yeah, that seems reasonable.
